Delete your FreshSky account

The fastest path is inside the FreshSky app: open Account → Privacy and notifications → Delete account, then confirm deletion. This immediately revokes app sessions, removes linked login identities and notification tokens, and deletes app-owned personal account data.

If you cannot access the app

Email the verified support address below from an email linked to your FreshSky account. Use the subject “FreshSky account deletion request.” We will verify account ownership without asking for a password, payment card, government ID, or the contents of your saved work.

What deletion covers

FreshSky immediately disables the account, then uses resumable cleanup to delete its account identity, sessions, notification tokens, consent state, and app-owned personal data. Encrypted history is stored only on your device and is removed through “Delete local data” or by uninstalling the app.

Deleting your FreshSky account does not cancel an active subscription or stop future provider renewals. Apple, Google, Stripe, and Shopify purchases are maintained by those providers, so cancel the subscription in the provider where you bought it before deleting your account. Any deleted-account billing or audit record FreshSky must retain for fraud prevention, accounting, tax, dispute, or legal obligations is de-linked from your FreshSky account and minimized. FreshSky targets a retention period of up to seven years after account deletion and schedules the record for deletion through Firestore TTL. Firestore TTL deletion is asynchronous, so physical removal may occur after the target date. We may delete the record earlier when it is no longer needed. Seven years is a conservative retention target, not legal advice.
